JUANA CAMILION has signed with Estudiantes for the 2023/24 season

The first part of Juana Camilion's basketball career took place in Mallorca where, still as a junior player, she played in Spanish 2nd division with Air Europa and averaged 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
In the 2017/18 season, Juana Camilion moved to Picken Claret and she averaged 8.4 points and 3.8 rebounds per game with them also in Spanish Liga Femenina 2.
Juana Camilion decided to continue her basketball career in the United States and she joined IONA University in 2018 where she eventually became one of the best players in their history.
In the 2018/19 season, Juana Camilion averaged 9.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game and continued to improve season after season with 11.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game in the 2019/20 season, 12.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 3.5 steals per game in the 2020/21 season, 13.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game in the 2021/22 season, and finally 14.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game in the 2022/23 season, reaching the NCAA tournament.
Individually, Juana Camilion was named the MVP of both the MAAC conference and tournament in the 2022/23 season, was in the best five of the MAAC in the 2022/23 season, in the second-best five of the MAAC in the 2021/22 season, MAAC conference's best defender in 2021/22 and 2022/23, in the academic best team of 2022/21, in the third-best team of the MAAC conference in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons, and in the MAAC conference's best rookie team in the 2018/19 season.
In addition, Juana Camilion broke the historical record for steals at IONA and is, therefore, the player who has stolen the most balls in the university's history.
