Giedre Labuckiene played in Lithuania for Arvi Marijampole until 2009, producing both stats both in Lithuanian and Baltic League.

Also, Giedre played for multiple Lithuanian youth national teams and she won the Bronze Medal in the U16 2006 European Championship, averaging 9.5 points and 7.8 rebounds per game.

In the 2010/11 season, Giedre Labuckiene signed with VICI Kaunas and she averaged 10.7 points and 6 rebounds per game in the Euroleague, 16 points and 7.4 rebounds per game in Baltic League and 12.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in Lithuanian League.

In the 2011/12 season, Giedre Labuckiene signed in France with Modneville and she averaged 9.2 points and 5.9 rebounds per game in French League and 5.8 points and 6.2 rebounds per game in the Eurocup, reaching French League Semifinals.

Giedre re-signed with Mondeville in the 2012/13 season and she averaged 8.9 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in French League and 5.4 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in the Euroleague, reaching also the Cup Semifinals.

In the 2013 summer, Giadre played the European Championship with Lithuanian National Team and she averaged 10.7 points and 7 rebounds per game.

In the 2013/14 season, Giedre Labuckiene stayed in France, playing this time for Charleville, and she averag ed 7.7 points and 4.1 rebounds per game in Frenc League.

In the 2014/15 season, Giedre signed with Tsmoki Minsk and she averaged 10.2 points and 7.1 rebounds per game in Belarus League and 8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in the Eurocup.

In the 2015/16 season, Giedre re-signed with Minsk and she averaged 10.4 points and 7.6 rebounds per game in Belarus League, 14.4 points and 8.4 rebouns per game in the Eurocup, 9.6 points and 6.4 rebounds per game in the EEWBL and 13.3 points and 9 rebounds per game in the Baltic League.

Giedre Labuckiene signed with TTT Riga in the 2016/17 season and she averaged 12.9 points and 6.6 rebonds per game in Latvian League, 11.5 points and 7.6 rebounds per game in the Eurocup and 9.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in the EEWBL.

In the 2017/18 season, Giedre Labuckiene signed in Poland with Wisla Krakow and she averaged 8.9 points, 6.7 rebounds and +13.5 efficiency per game in Polish League and 7.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per gam ein the Euroleague.

In the 2019/20 season, Giedre Labuckiene signed with Lublin and she averaged 8 points, 8.2 rebounds and +14.1 efficiency in 29 minutes per game.

Giedre Labuckiene signed in Spain with Uni Girona in the 2020/21 season and she averaged 8.6 points (56% 2P), 4 rebounds and +9.1 efficiency in 18 minutes per game in Euroleague and 6.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and +8.6 efficiency in 17 minutes per game in Spanish League. With Girona, Giedre won the Spanish Queen´s Cup.

Giedre Labuckiene re-signed with Uni Girona in the 2021/22 season and averaged 5.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and +8.3 efficiency in 19 minutes per game in Spanish top league and 4.4 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in the Euroleague.

In the 2022/23 season, Giedre Labuckiene continued in Girona and she averaged 6.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and +7.9 efficiency in 19 minutes per game in Spanish top league and 4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 14 minutes per game in the Euroleague, becoming Spanish Supercup Champion.
