Kristina Baltic played basketball for Kraljevo and already in the 2008/09 season she moved to Maribor and averaged 4.6 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in Slovenian League. Kristina played the U18 European Championship in 2008, finishing in 6th position and also the U20 European Championship in 2009, finishing the tournament in seventh position.
In the 2009/10 season, Kristina Baltic averaged 11.5 points and 6.3 rebounds in Slovenian League with Maribor and 8.5 points and 6.4 rebounds in Adriatic League, playing again the 2010 U20 European Championship and averaging 4.7 points and 5.2 rebounds in 17 minutes per game.
Kristina Baltic also played with Maribor the 2010/11 season and she averaged 14.5 points and 8.7 rebounds per game in Slovenian League and 14.1 points and 7.2 rebounds per game in Adriatic League.
In the 2012/13 season, Kristina Baltic signed with Partizan, averaging 11.7 points and 5.8 rebounds in 23 minutes per game in Serbian League and 6.5 points and 5.6 rebounds in 20 minutes per game in Adriatic League, having also her debut in the Eurocup. With Partizan, Kristina won the Serbian Cup and the Serbian League, being the Finals MVP with 13 points, 7.6 rebounds and +20.3 efficiency in 23 minutes per game in the series against Radivoj Korac.
