Samantha started her professional career in Turkey and she averaged 19.1 points, 18.6 rebounds and +26.3 efficiency per game with Alanya to later on, in the 2014/15 season, sign with Loko Trutnov in Czech Republic and average 15.1 points, 12.3 rebounds and +22 efficiency per game.

In the 2015/16 season, Samantha Ostarello signed in Italy with Vigarano and she averaged 13 points, 10.4 rebounds and +14.4 efficiency per game.

After a 2 year break, Samantha Ostarello signed in Switzerland with Fribourg and she averaged 12.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and +20.6 efficiency in Swiss League and 11.2 points and 11.2 rebounds per game in the Eurocup.

In the 2018/19 season, Samantha Ostarello signed in Italy with San Martino and she averaged 11.7 points, 7.8 rebounds and +15.4 efficiency per game and subsequently, in the 2020/21 season, she signed also in Italy with Campobasso and averaged 12 points, 8.4 rebounds and +16.5 efficiency per game.

In the 2021/22 season, Samantha Ostarello stayed in Italy and she averaged 3.8 points and 3.5 rebounds playing for Ragusa and reached Italian League semifinals.
