OLGA RUANO has signed with Joventut Badalona for the 2021/22 season

Olga Ruano started playing basketball with Femení Sant Adrià during the 2004/05 season, when she was already 16 years old. In the 2005/06 season, Olga Ruano moved to UB FC Barcelona and she won the Bronze Medal in the U18 Catalan Championship and finished the U18 Spanish Championship in the 8th position.
Olga Ruano returned to Femení Sant Adrià in the 2006/07 and she averaged 5.5 points, 8.3 rebounds and +9.6 efficiency per game in Copa Catalunya. Olga also had some playing time in Liga Femenina 2 and she scored 8 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in 66 minutes, becoming Liga Catalana Champion and being selected by the U19 Spanish National Team.
Olga progressed in her game during the 2007/08 season and again with Sant Adrià she averaged 10.7 points, 8.1 rebounds and +13.9 efficiency per game in Copa Catalunya, qualifying for the Playoffs to Liga Femenina 2. In her last 8 games, Olga averaged 16.2 points, 9.6 rebounds and +20.1 efficiency per game, shining against Siglo XXI (15 points 12 rebounds) and against Mataró (19 points 11 rebounds). Olga also won the Catalan League against Uni Girona with the Liga Femenina 2 team and she qualified for the Playoffs to Liga Femenina that took place in Santiago de Compostela.
Olga Ruano re-signed with Sant Adrià during the 2008/09 season and she averaged 2.3 points and 2.5 rebounds in 9 minutes per game in Liga Femenina 2, being again Liga Catalana Champion and also qualifying for the Playoffs to Liga Femenina.
Olga Ruano became an important player in Liga Femenina 2 during the 2009/10 season and she averaged 8.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and +10.1 efficiency in 24 minutes per game, qualifying again for the Playoffs to Liga Femenina and adding one more Liga Catalana to her resume.
In the 2010/11 season, Olga Ruano signed with U.E.Mataró and she averaged 8.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and +9.6 efficiency in 27 minutes per game.
Olga Ruano signed with Uni Girona in the 2011/12 season and she finished the Liga Femenina in 3rd position and played also the Spanish Queen´s Cup.
In the 2012/13 season, Olga Ruano returned to U.E.Mataró and she played the Copa Catalunya.
Olga Ruano signed back with Femení Sant Adrià in the 2013/14 season and promoted the team to Liga Femenina 2.
Olga re-signed with Femení Sant Adrià in the 2014/15 season and she was one of the best players in Liga Femenina 2 with 11.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and +12.7 efficiency in 28 minutes per game, shining against Distrito Olímpico (18 points 11 rebounds +29 efficiency), Alcobendas (25 points 10 rebounds +25 efficiency) and Leganés (17 points +19 efficiency).
Olga Ruano played also with Femení Sant Adrià during the 2015/16 season and she averaged 11.4 points and 5.4 rebounds in 27 minutes per game, qualifying with her team to the Playoffs to Liga Femenina.
Finally, in the 2016/17 season, Olga Ruano promoted to Liga Femenina with Femení Sant Adrià and she averaged 10.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and +10.6 efficiency in 24 minutes per game.
