After becoming U12 Spanish Champion and playing with San Cugat until the 2004/05 season, Itziar Llobet moved to UB FC Barcelona.

In her 2 years at UB FC Barcelona, Itziar Llobet was U14 Catalan Champion 2006/07, U14 Spanish Champion 2006/07, U14 Spanish Champion 2006/07 with the Catalan Team and U16 Catalan Champion 2006/07.

In the 2007/08 season, Itziar Llobet joined Siglo XXI and won the Bronze Medal with the Catalan Team in the U16 Spanish Chapmionship.

Itziar had her debut in Liga Femenina 2 during the 2008/09 season and she averaged 5 points and 2 rebounds per game. With the Catalan Team, she won the Silver Medal in the U16 Spanish Championship.

In the 2009 summer, Itziar Llobet won the Gold Medal in the U16 European Championship and she averaged 6.9 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2 steals and 1.9 assists in 18 minutes per game, shining against Belarus with 19 points.

Itziar Llobet had her best year at Siglo XXI during the 2009/10 season, averaging 11 points, 2.7 rebounds and +8.6 efficiency in 23 minutes per game, shining against CREF (19 points +20 efficiency), Ibaizábal (23 points), Irlandesas (19 points) and Mataró (16 points +23 efficiency).

In the 2010 summer, Itziar Llobet played the U17 World Championship with the Spanish National Team and she averaged 8.3 points, 2.4 steals and 1.9 assists per game.

Itziar played her last season at Siglo XXI during the 2010/11 season, averaging 8.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game, having her best games against Irlandesas (20 points) and Conquero (16 points).

In the 2011 summer, Itziar Llobet won the Bronze Medal in the U18 European Championship and averaged 5.1 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.8 steals in 18 minutes per game.

In the 2011/12 season, Itziar Llobet joined Kent State and she averaged 9.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.8 steals in 31 minutes per game.

Itziar returned to Spain during the 2012/13 season and she had her debut in Liga Femenina with Burgos, averaging 1.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 11 minutes per game.

In the 2013 summer, Itziar Llobet won the Gold Medal in the U20 European Championship, scoring 10 points in the Final against Turkey.

Itziar Llobet signed with Uni Ferrol in the 2013/14 season and averaged 5.6 points, 1.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.5 steals in 19 minutes per game with 49% in 3 pointers, qualifying for the Playoffs to 1st division after a great regular season with 20 wins and only 2 losses.

Itziar Llobet re-signed with Uni Ferrol in the 2014/15 season and she averaged 2.8 points and 1.2 rebounds in 14 minutes per game in Liga Femenina.

In the 2015/16 season, Itziar Llobet signed with Femení Sant Adrià and she played the Playoffs to Liga Femenina after a good year in which she averaged 9.9 points and 2.9 rebounds in 25 minutes per game.

Itziar Llobet re-signed with Sant Adrià in the 2016/17 season and she promoted to Liga Femenina after another good season in which she averaged 8.4 points and 2 rebounds in 21 minutes per game.

In the 2017/18 season, Itziar Llobet continued in Femení Sant Adrià and she averaged 2.3 points in 12 minutes per game.

In the 2018/19 season, Itziar Llobet signed with Boet Mataró and she averaged 8.9 points and 3 rebounds per game.

Itziar Llobet signed with Barça CBS in the 2019/20 season and she averaged 8.2 points in 23 minutes per game.
