Leonor Rodríguez dominated Spanish basketball at a youth level and she won 4 Spanish Championships, was 3 times Spanish Championship MVP, 4 times Spanish Championship best scorer, 5 times Spanish Championship Best Passer and also was 12 times Canarias Champion.
Leonor Rodríguez had her debut in Liga Femenina when she was just 16 years and 6 days and during the 2007/08 season she averaged 4.7 points and +5.3 efficiency in 15 minutes per game with C.B.Islas Canarias, shining against Cadí La Seu (12 points +10 efficiency), Rivas (9 points +12 efficiency in 16 minutes), Mann Filter (17 points +21 efficiency) and Extrugasa (16 points 8 rebounds +22 efficiency).
Leonor Rodríguez also played with Canarias during the 2008/09 season and she averaged 6.2 points and +5.5 efficiency in 17 minutes per game, having great games against Extrugasa (24 points +22 efficiency), Mann Filter (17 points +21 efficiency) and Rivas (19 points +22 efficiency).
In the 2009/10 season, Leonor Rodríguez started her college career at Florida State University. Leonor had a huge senior year during the 2012/13 season, averaging 14.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game with 45% from the field and 35% from the 3 point line, being also named First Team ACC. Leonor was dominant against Florida (21 points), Iowa (28 points 6 assists), Nebraska (24 points), Georgia Tech (23 points), Wake Forest (19 points 8 rebounds), Miami (21 points 7 assists), North Carolina State (26 points) and North Carolina (22 points).

In 2006, she won the Gold Medal in the U16 European Championship and in 2007 she won the Silver Medal in the U16 European Chapmionship and was named in the Tournament First Team after averaging 16.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5 assists per game and shining in the Final against France with 25 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals.
In 2008, Leonor played the U18 European Championship and she averaged 11.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 steals in 24 minutes per game. Leo impressed in the U18 European Championship played in 2009 and she won the Gold Medal and was named again in the First Team after averaging 15.3 points and 3.4 rebounds per game and scoring 22 on France in the Final.

One year later, in 2011, Leonor Rodríguez won the Gold Medal in the U20 European Championship and she averaged 8.7 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3 assists in 22 minutes per game.
Leonor Rodríguez signed a 3 year deal with Perfumerías Avenida in the 2013/14 season and she won the Queen´s Cup and was Liga Femenina Finalist afer averaging 8.4 points, 2 rebounds and +7.1 efficiency in 22 minutes per game. Leonor also played the Euroleague and had 6.7 points and 2 assists in 21 minutes per game.
In September 2014, Leonor Rodríguez won the Gold Medal with the Spanish National Team in the World Championship played in Turkey.
