ASIA TAYLOR has signed with Explosivas de Moca for the Puerto Rico Playoffs

Asia Taylor was a star at Whetstone High School and she averaged 29.3 points, 17.1 rebounds and 6 assists per game as a senior during the 2008/09 season.

In the 2009/10 season, Asia Taylor joined Louisville and she improved every season until averaging 10.8 points, 6.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 22 minutes per game during the 2013/14 season, being named in the ACC Conference First Team and reaching the NCAA Elite Eight before being selected with the 36th pick in the WNBA Draft by the Minnesota Lynx.

After playing 24 games for the Lynx and reaching the WNBA Semifinals, Asia Taylor began her professional career in Europe signing in Italy with Cagliari and averaging 13.8 points, 9.1 rebounds and +17 efficiency in 27 minutes per game.

In January 2015, Asia Taylor moved to Israel and she averaged 18 points, 11.3 reboundas and +23.5 efficiency per game playing for Holon.

Asia Taylor stayed in Israel during the 2015/16 season and again excelled with 16.3 points, 11.1 rebounds and +20.9 efficiency per game with ASA Jerusalem.

In February 2016, Asia Taylor signed in South Korea with Bichumi and she averaged 11 points and 4.3 rebounds in 9 minutes per game.

In September 2016, Asia Taylor returned to the WNBA and signed with the Connecticut Sun.

In the 2016/17 season, Asia Taylor signed in Australia with Sydney Uni Flames and she was sensational with 16.2 points, 7.6 rebounds and +16.8 efficiency per game, being named in the competition´s first team and becoming Australian League Champion.

Again, Asia Taylor returned to the WNBA in the 2017 summer, this time playing 26 games with the Washington Mystics.

In the 2017/18 season, Asia Taylor returned to the Sydney Uni Flames and she averaged 19 points, 7.6 rebounds and +19.4 efficiency in 27 minutes per game, reaching the League Semifinals and being named in the competition´s first team.

In February 2018, Asia Taylor signed in the WNBA with the Indiana Fever and she played 14 games.

In the 2018/19 season, Asia Taylor returned to Australia, playing this time for the Perth Lynx and averaging 18.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and +17.6 efficiency per game while also scoring 32 three pointers with 36%.

Asia was named in the WNBL´s first team for the third consecutive season and reached the League´s Semifinals.

In the 2019 summer, Asia Taylor played 7 games with the Minnesota Lynx and 4 games with the Phoenix Mercury.
