Tijana Ajdukovic has signed in Turkey with Botas Spor Kulubu

Serbian post Tijana Ajdukovic and Botas Spor Kulubu have signed an agreement so that the Gold Medalist in the 2015 European Championship and the Turkish Club will join forces for the 2016-17 season.

Tijana Ajdukovic arrives to Adana from USK Prague, team with which she won the Czech League and Cup (averaging 8.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and +8.7 efficiency in 14 minutes per game) and got a brilliant 4th position in Euroleague 2015-16.


Tijana Ajdukovic is a 1.95m serbian international center born in 1991, who in the 2014-15 season averaged 10.6 points and 5.5 rebounds in Euroleague with the Polish Energa Torun and furthermore, in the summer of 2015 was crowned European Champion with her National Team.

In this current season she has achieved the Euroleague Final 4 with USK Praha and in addition to that, she has won the Czech League contributing with 8.2 points and 3.6 rebounds per game, with 58.7% from the field in 14 minutes.

Tijana´s career began at Spartak Subotica where she played until the 2009-10 season, when she averaged 13.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game before moving to Hemofarm where she was Cup Champion.

Tijana was named as the League Most Improved Player and in the First Defensive Team.

In the 2010-11 season, Tijana Ajdukovic averaged 11.3 points in 20 minutes per game with Hemofarm, becoming Serbian League regular season champion.

In the 2011 summer, Tijana played with the Serbian U20 National Team that finished in 4th position in the U20 European Championship in Novi Sad.

For Tijana this was the fourth U20 European Championship played in a row after also playing in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

With Serbia, Tijana Ajdukovic averaged 9 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 17 minutes per game, shining against Lithuania with 19 points and 7 rebounds in 22 minutes and with 12 points, 11 rebounds and 6 blocks against Spain, who finally won the gold medal.

Tijana Ajdukovic stayed at Hemofarm during the 2011-12 season, averaging 13.7 points 7.4 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in Adriatic League and 13.1 points and 8.1 rebounds in Serbian League, always above the 52% from the field.

In March 2012, Hemofarm unexpectedly became Serbian Cup Champion and Tijana had 20 points (8/12 from the field), 11 rebounds and 3 blocks, winning also the MVP Award with 30 in efficiency.

Tijana had also shined in the quarter finals with 26 points, 11 rebounds and +38 efficiency against Vojvodina.

In the 2012-13 season, Tijana Ajdukovic signed in Italian A1 with Parma, sharing frontcourt with Sonia Kireta and Jillian Harmon and reaching the League and the Cup Semifinals averaging 5.3 points and 4.7 rebounds in 15 minutes per game, being the 4th best rebounder in the whole league extended at 40minutes.

In the 2013 summer, Tijana Ajdukovic is with Serbian National Team.

Tijana Adjukovic signs with PINKK Pecs in the 2013-14 season, averaging 13.1 points 6.9 rebounds and 15.2 efficiency in 22 minutes per game in MEL and 11 points 5.4 rebounds in 22 minutes per game in FIBA Cup.

In January 2014, Tijana is transferred to Sparta&k MR Vidnoje and she averages 7.4 points, 4.4 rebounds and +7.6 efficiency in 19 minutes per game in Euroleague, shining in the win against Galatasaray with 16 points, 10 rebounds and +22 efficiency (MVP of the Game)

Tijana also played the Russian League, averaging 8.6 points and 4.7 rebounds in 20 minutes per game, excelling against Chevakata with 23 points and 6 rebounds.

Tijana Ajdukovic signed with Energa Torun in Poland 1st division during the 2014-15 season, averaging 5.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and +5.6 efficiency in 12.5 minutes per game, getting to be semifinalist both the league and the Polish Cup.

Tijana Ajdukovic played well against Sleza Wroclaw with 11 points and 11 rebounds with +25 efficiency, and Gdynia with 19 points with +23 efficiency and Rybnik with 14 points and 4 rebounds with +17 efficiency.

In the summer of 2015 Tijana was crowned European Champion with her national side beating the strong France in the Final (76-68).

In this current season she has achieved the Euroleague Final 4 with USK Praha and in addition to that, she has won the Czech Republic League contributing with 8.2 points and 3.6 rebounds per game, with 58.7% from the field in 14 minutes.

In the Czech League, Tijana has shone against Nymburk with 19 points and 6 rebounds in 19 minutes, against Zabiny Brno with 16 points in 16 minutes and against SBS Ostrava with 15 points and 5 rebounds.
