The Ascent Phase Women's League in Logroño averaged 11 points, 6 rebounds and 10.7 efficiency, being the team's best players in three matches.

Then Mireia Vila talks about his season back to Spain and its renewal:

How do you rate last season Universitario de Ferrol?

The season was good. We started strong winning the Copa Galicia and were able to maintain the level of play throughout the season. We first of the regular season and only one bad half minute match in the ascent phase deprived us to play the last and final meeting to fight for promotion. We had a great team.

And your season personally on your return to Spain?

I have enjoyed a lot of freedom in my game and very trusted by the entire team. This has allowed me to be very comfortable playing in Ferrol.

How was your adaptation to European basketball after four years in the United States?

Around Europe has meant a major change for me. Not only adaptation to European basketball but also adaptation to European life. It came from spending four years in America, where he combined studies with basketball and here I felt I was missing something. The return was not easy but gradually I found myself better able to go in and out of the track.

What led you to renew Universitario de Ferrol another season?

In Ferrol I have tried very well. It is a family club where things are made and the draft Women's League who last year aspired to do really well.

How do you see the new project in Women's League University of Ferrol in his return to Women's League?

The project is very exciting. The club makes a big to get out in Women's League effort and I'm sure the team will work hard to compete at the highest level and be able to show the potential of women's basketball in Galicia.

What do you expect Mireia Vila next season?

For me it is a challenge; since childhood I always wanted to play in Women's League and now finally gets the chance. I look forward to enjoying basketball, enhance my strengths, further progress in the facets of my game that need improvement and help the club achieve its goals.
