Luci Pascua has signed with Mann-Filter Zaragoza

International post player Luci Pascua has signed for the remainder of season 2015-16 with Mann-Filter Zaragoza, currently raked fourth in the Spanish First Division League, with a record of 12 wins and 6 losses.

Luci Pascua joins Mann-Filter Zaragoza after being crowned Spanish Queen's Cup 2016 Champions with C.B Conquero a few days ago, a club she joined last season and with who she reached the Final of the Queen's Cup 2015 and the Semifinals of Liga Femenina 2014-15, averaging 6.7 points, 6 rebounds and 7.8 efficiency in 21 minutes per game.

Luci Pascua's debut will be on the 14th of February in Zaragoza against CREF HOLA.

Luci Pascua is a Spanish 1.96m center born in 1983 with great experience in Spanish Liga Femenina, playing 366 games, scoring 2368 points and taking 2224 rebounds. She has played 218 games with Spanish National Team, and is currently the 2nd active player with more games played, and the 6th in history.

Luci was 18 years old when she debuted with the Spanish National Team and currently has a Silver Medal and a Bronze Medal in World Championships, a Silver Medal and four Bronze Medals in European Championships and has also played in two Olympic Games.

In the Spanish First Division League, Luci has won two Queen's Cup in 2012 and 2016, a Spanish SuperCup in 2013 and a Liga Femenina in the same year.

Luci Pascua started playing basketball at age 9 in Sant Gabriel of Ripollet.  When she was 12 years old she moved to Club Natació Sabadell from where she moved to Siglo XXI, the Spanish Federation project where she was during four years.

During her youth years she won all the Spanish Championships, being a key player in the Catalan team.

In the 1999 sumer, Luci Pascua won the Gold Medal in the U16 European Championship after averaging 18.4 points and 14.2 rebounds in the Challenge Round and 9.9 points and 9.5 rebounds in the Final Round.

Luci Pascua had her debut in Spanish Liga Femenina in the 2001-02 season after signing with Mann Filter Zaragoza where she averaged 5.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and +8.1 efficiency in 18 minutes per game, finishing the league in 4th position.

In the 2002 summer, Luci Pascua was selected to play with the Spanish National Team the World Championship held in China, finishing in 5th position.

She also played the U20 European Championship and averaged 15.5 points and 10 rebounds per game.

Luci Pascua played with Mann Filter Zaragoza during the 2002-03 season, averaging 8.5 points, 8.9 rebounds and + 13.3 efficiency in 25 minutes per game, being named the best post player in the competition and finishing the regular season in 2nd position.

In the 2003 summer, Luci Pascua won the Bronze Medal in the Eurobasket in Greece after averaging 4 points and 5 rebounds in 9 minutes per game.

Luci Pascua played again with Mann Filter Zaragoza during the 2003-04 season, being named again as the best center in Liga Femenina and averaging 8.7 points 8 rebounds and +10.1 efficiency in 24 minutes per game in Spanish League and 9.2 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in FIBA Cup.

In the 2004 summer, Luci Pascua played the Olympic Games in Athens, finishing in 6th position and averaging 4.3 points and 6.9 rebounds in 16 minutes per game.

Luci Pascua played the 2004-05 season with Mann Filter Zaragoza, averaging 6.9 points and 6.6 rebounds in 21 minutes per game, reaching the Queen´s Cup Final.

In the 2005 summer, Luci Pascua won the Bronze Medal with the Spanish National Team in the European Championship in Turkey.

Luci Pascua signed with Acis Incosa León during the 2005-06 season, averaging 8.6 points, 8.2 rebounds and +10.7 efficiency in 28 minutes per game in Spanish League and 6.8 points and 8.1 rebounds in 22 minutes per game in FIBA Cup.

In the 2006 summer, Luci Pascua played with the Spanish National Team the World Championship in Brazil.

Luci Pascua played with Acis Incosa Leon during the 2006-07 season, averaging 3.6 points and 4 rebounds in 18 minutes per game in Spanish League and 4.1 points and 3.9 rebounds in 13 minutes per game in FIBA Cup.

In the 2007 summer, Luci Pascua won the Silver Mendal with the Spanish National Team in the European Championship in Italy, averaging 5.7 points and 5.9 rebounds in 20 minutes per game.

Luci Pascua stayed with Club Baloncesto San José de León during the 2007-08 season, reaching the Queen´s Cup Final and averaging 7.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and +9.6 efficiency in 20 minutes per game in Spanish League and 7.5 points and 6 rebounds in 21 minutes per game in FIBA Cup.

In the 2008 summer, Luci Pascua played the Olympic Games in Beijing, averaging 4.5 points and 5.3 rebounds in 19 minutes per game and finishing in 5th position.

Luci Pascua extended her contract with Leon for one more season and averaged 7.7 points and 5.9 rebounds in 20 minutes per game in Spanish League and reached the FIBA Cup Quarterfinals.

Luci Pascua won the Bronze Medal with the Spanish National Team during the 2009 European Championship.

Luci Pascua returned to Mann Filter Zaragoza during the 2009-10 season, reaching Liga Femenina Semifinals and averaging 7.8 points 7.2 rebounds and +11.3 efficiency in 21 minutes in Spanish League and 6.5 points and 6.8 rebounds in 18 minutes in FIBA Cup.

In the 2010 summer, Luci Pascua won the Bronze Medal in the World Championship played in Czech Republic.

Luci Pascua played with Mann Filter Zaragoza during the 2010-11 season, averaging 6.2 points and 4.4 rebounds in 17 minutes in Spanish League and 5.6 points and 6.2 rebounds in 17 minutes in FIBA Cup.

In the 2011 summer, Luci Pascua played the European Championship with the Spanish National Team, averaging 7 points and 3.8 rebounds in 14 minutes per game.

Luci Pascua signed with Perfumerías Avenida in the 2011-12 season and won the European Super Cup, the Spanish Super Cup and the Queen´s Cup, averaging 3.8 points and 4.1 rebounds in 15 minutes per game in Spanish League and 2.9 points and 2.9 rebounds in 14 minutes per game in Euroleague.

In the 2012 summer, Luci Pascua played with success the Qualifying Round for the 2013 European Championship.

Luci Pascua won the Spanish League in the 2012-13 season playing with Perfumerías Avenida Salamanca and averaging 5.5 points and 5.3 rebounds in 18 minutes per game in Spanish League and 5.2 points and 5.1 rebounds in 18 minutes in Euroleague.

After 12 consecutive seasons in the Spanish League, Luci Pascua signed with Lupa Promotion Novi Zagreb in Croatia during the 2013-14 season, averaging 5.7 points and 4.2 rebounds in the Middle European League and 4.8 points and 4.3 rebounds in 17 minutes in the Euroleague.

In January 2014, Luci Pascua signed with PINKK Pécsi 424, winning the Hungarian League and averaging 10.7 points and 7 rebounds in MEL and 6.7 points and 6.6 rebounds in 17 minutes played in Hungarian League.

In the 2014 summer, Luci Pascua won the Silver Medal with the Spanish National Team in the World Championship in Turkey.

Luci Pascua returned to Spain in the 2014-15 after signing with C.B.Conquero, averaging 6.7 points and 6 rebounds in 21 minutes per game and reaching the Queen´s Cup Final and the 3rd position in the League.
