Milica Deura is a 1.78m international Bosnian-Serbian combo guard, with experience in Adriatic League, Bosnian, Serbian, Montenegrin, Romanian, Turkish and Spanish.

In the first round of this current season, Milica has played the 2015-16 Eurocup with the Turkish Edirnespor, team who has been eliminated in the knockout against Basket Landes and where she has averaged 7.9 points and 1.4 assists per game in 27 minutes. In addition to that, Milica has had an incredible three point percentage with 57.9%, being the best shooter from this distance of the European competition.

The Bosnian combo guard has excelled in the win over Chavakata with 24 points and 4 assists.

In the second half of this current season Milica has signed with Campus Promete to play the Spanish top division and where she has contributed with 6.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game in 23 minutes.

Milica, also has stand out with her national side in the Qualifiers for the European Championship 2017, where she has averaged 9.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game, shining against Israel with 16 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. 

Milica Deura began her career in the season 2008-09 in the Mladi Krajisnik Banja Luka from Bosnia, playing in the Adriatic League and debuting in Eurocup, where she averaged 19 points and 4 rebounds per game.

After being chosen as the best player of the Bosnian league in both 2010-11 and 2011-12, Milica Deura joined Partizan Belgrade of Serbia in 2012-13. That season she won both Serbian Cup and League as well as the Adriatic League.

In the 2013-14 season she signed for Buducnost of Montenegro where she enjoyed a successful season, averaging 16.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.7 steals per game in the Adriatic League.

In 2014-2015 season Milica signed for CSU Universitatea Alba Iulia in Romania, where they reached the Semifinals of the League and the Final of the Cup. Milica Deura averaged 8.5 points per game with a spectacular 40.8% in 3 points shots.

Milica has played for her National side since 2011, when she became the most important player in the qualifying round of the European Championship, with 15.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2 steals per game, with 44% in 3 pointers.
