Adrianne Ross' basketball career began in Hobbs High School, where average 24.5 points, 7.6 assists and 4.3 rebounds in her senior year.

In the 2003-2004 season, as Freshman Adrianne Ross played for Texas Christian University (TCU) where she averaged 7.3 points, 3.1 assists and 2.1 steals per game.

The following year, Adrianne Ross with an average of 11.8 points per game, including 23 points against California. This season she was granted a medical redshirt because of an injury that occurred.

In 2006-2007, TCU continued Adrianne Ross averaging 17.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.9 steals, being named Mountain West Conference Co-Player of the Year and included in the AP Honorable Mention All-America Team and the WBCA / Kodak Honorable Mention All-America Team.

In his senior year with TCU, Adrianne Ross averaged 14.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.5 steals per game, being included in the Second Team All-Mountain West Conference.

In 2008, Adrianne Ross played in the WNBA, with San Antonio Silver Stars, reaching the final of the play-offs for the title.

In the 2009-2010 season Adrianne Ross came to Europe, where she played with Inea AZS Poznan in Poland First Division, where she averaged 14.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.8 steals.

The following season, Adrianne Ross continued in Poland, joining Blachy Pruszynski Lider Pruszkow, where she averaged 15.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2.4 steals.

In the 2015-16 season, Adrianne ross signed in Spain with Gernika Bizkaia and as the starting point guard she led her team to the Spanish league 6th position, with a record of 16 wins and 10 losses and averaging 9.9 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.7 steals per game with 49% from the field and 35.7% in three pointers.
