Amy Denson signs with RegeneracomSports (+VIDEO)

Amy Denson is a experienced 1.86m american power forward who has had successful pro seasons in different countries, excelling in Australia, where she averaged 17,2 points and 8,2 rebounds with Sidney Uni Flames in the 2011-12 season.

Amy Denson had  25 points and win against Adelaide (with Suzy Batkovic, Abby Bishop , Angela Marino and Jennifer Screen) ,  32 points 13 rebounds 42 in efficiency and win against Bendigo Spirit (Kristi Harrower) or 28 points and 7 rebounds against Bulleen Bloomers (with  Liz Cambage, 2nd pick in 2011 WNBA Draft, Samantha Richards, Rachel Jarry and Johannah Leedham).

Amy´s career started at Crater High School, where she averaged 20,7 points and 11,1 rebounds per game in her senior year.

In the  2002-03 season, Amy Denson joined Arizona State University, averaging 9,9 points and 6 rebounds per game in her freshman season.

Once her college career was over, Amy Denson played with  Montaneras de Morovis in Puerto Rico, being one of the league´s main stars averaging over 20 points and 10 rebounds per game.

In the  2007-08 season, Amy Denson signed with Torun, in Polish 1st division, averaging 9,2 points and 6,1 rebounds per game. 

In the next season she signed with Alexandria, averaging 19,1 points and 8,8 rebounds in Romanian League and 18 points and 5 rebounds per game in FIBA Cup.

Amy Denson played with  Montaneras de Morovis in the 2009 summer, averaging 21,5 points and 14,2 rebounds per game and being named League MVP.

Amy played the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons with the Know Raiders in Australian SEABL, averaging 20,3 points and 9,9 rebounds per game, becoming league MVP.

In the 2010-11 season,  Amy Denson signed with  Sidney Uni Flames, in the strong australian WNBL,  averaging 18,4 points  (league second best scorer only after Elizabeth Cambage)  and 7,2 rebounds with 51,5% from the field and 89,8% in free throws.

Amy was also named in the League First Team and shone against Sidney Uni Waves (with Tully Bevilaqua) with 35 points 16 rebounds and 46 in efficiency

Amy Denson stayed in the Sidney Uni Flames (teaming with Belinda Snell) in the 2011-12 season and she had again a great season with 17,2 points and 8,2 rebounds per game, finishing the league in 5th position with a 13-9 balance and being named in the League Second Team.
